Maggie & Gennady Get Married!

Maggie and Gennady first came to me to design their Save the Date. Towards the end of our meeting they told me about the most amazing little creation I have ever seen! One of their favorite movies is the cartoon "UP". For the proposal, Gennady commissioned an artist to re-create the UP house and turn it into a ring box that actually opens and houses the ring! I was blown away after seeing a few pictures of it, and knew the photos HAD to be used for the save the date postcard.

For their wedding invitation, I went in a more formal direction using a matte purple pocket. The invitation portion was 2 layers of purple metallic paper and the printed portion was on an opal metallic. For Maggie's love of "bling" I added a Swarovski stone on the monogram seal.

Becky & Tommy Get Married!

Despite Hurricane Irene hitting just 2 days after their wedding, the weather held out for Becky and Tommys big day! The adorable couple celebrated at the Bridgeview Yacht Club on Long Island, New York. The Yacht Club is on the water, so Becky chose to go with a beach theme for her wedding.

For her invite, she chose a purple metallic clutch pocket style, with the pull out portion of the invite having 3 layers of paper. I used 2 shades of purple metallic paper with a white metallic paper for the top. The clutch pocket was wrapped with a satin purple ribbon accented with 3 Swarovski crystals.

Angela & Ted Say "I DO"

YAY FOR ANGELA + TED!

Angela and Ted were married in Seattle this past Labor Day weekend. The ceremony kicked off the night at Gas Works Park, which showcased Seattles beautiful skyline... ahhhh so beautiful! The night continued with dinner and dancing at The Palace Ballroom, owned by the famous Seattle chef Tom Douglas. yum yum yum
I am slightly biased, because Angela is my sister in law - but what a wedding to remember! - and what a beautiful bride :O) ...Ted looked quite handsome as well...

Angelas wedding colors were purple and white, with accents of polka dots. (she happened to wear a fabulous Amsale dress with subtle polka dots) For her invite, I chose a raised polka dot purple paper for the background, with an overlay of metallic grey paper and the top layer being a white metallic. Her response card was a cute mad-libs style postcard, letting her guests express their creative side, along with requesting a song for play during the wedding.

Renee & Bill Baby Shower Invite

RENEE AND BILL MERCER ARE HAVING A BABY BOY!
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE BOTH OF YOU!

For Renee's shower invite we went with a penguin theme.
For the invite I used black metallic and white linen paper accented with a black and white polka dot ribbon for the penguin to hide under! Custom stamps were created to match the invite.

Gaynell & Robert Wedding Invite

CONGRATULATIONS GAYNELL BRIGGS + ROBERT MELTON!

Gaynell and Robert are getting married tonight in beautiful Hawaii! Don't we all wish we were invited?
Gaynell wanted a plane ticket invite for their wedding since the majority of the guests will be traveling there. It was printed on a light purple metallic paper and the date section can be torn off!

Stacy & Todd Wedding Invite

CONGRATULATIONS STACY PEDUTO + TODD DELFARNO!

Stacy and Todd tied the knot last weekend at The Yale Club in Manhattan, New York.
They wanted to keep their wedding invite nature inspired with a modern twist.
I used a textured wood grain pocket, with a metallic yellow/lime paper, accenting their names with brown satin ribbon.

Amanda & Anthonys Wedding Invite

CONGRATULATIONS TO AMANDA GREEN AND ANTHONY GENTILE!

They are getting married tonight at Chateau Briand on Long Island, New York this past weekend!
For Amanda's invitation I used 4 layers of metallic paper, accented with a purple ribbon and three Swarovski crystals.
